"Phi Gamma Delta. To Terah Major Freeman. Charles Gachet. John Thomas Jones. Major Dowell Sterrett. Thaddeus Clements Watts. Greeting Your Petition has been granted and you are hereby authorized to organize yourselves into a active Chapter of the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta to be known as and styled The Omicron Chapter of Phi Gamma Delta."
